Service Delivery Leadership: Oversee end-to-end AMS service delivery, identify new market opportunities, expand the AMS portfolio, and evangelize existing offerings. Ensure operational excellence through cost control, process optimization, and meeting profitability and CSAT benchmarks.
Customer & Portfolio Growth: Present AMS offerings to new and existing clients, establish AMS footprints in untapped accounts, and secure at least three new customers annually.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Run quarterly innovation workshops and develop accelerators, automations, and AI-driven enhancements to improve delivery efficiency and modernize AMS frameworks.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing delivery teams while fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
Travel & Client Interaction: Engage with clients across Europe with a willingness for frequent travel.
