We are seeking a Lead Product Designer to join our design team to design modern interfaces and develop product strategy. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of our growing company and work with clients from around the world.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design work on international projects (Germany, Switzerland, UK, US)


• Design beautiful and functional mobile and web apps using Figma


• Conduct research and develop product strategy


• Lead product design workshops with clients


• Work closely with developers during the implementation phase


• Mentor and guide designers


• Develop career plans and skill matrices for designers


• Help handle proficiency HR calls with potential designers

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing mobile and web apps


• Proficiency in Figma


• A portfolio showing your design skills, including projects you’ve led from start to finish


• Strong understanding of modern UI/UX practices and industry standards


• Strong UX skills


• Extensive experience designing products from start to finish (product design, wireframing, prototyping, UI)


• Fluent English (Upper-intermediate or higher)
